What is SparkRebel?
SparkRebel is a collaborative fashion and shopping inspiration destination where products, blogs, pictures and content can be added, shared and discovered.
What is a Spark?
A spark is any product, blog, picture or web content added to SparkRebel. Anything that inspires you can be a spark. Sparks can be added, shared and resparked.
How do I add Sparks?
Sparks can be added in three ways. You can use the Spark It button by adding it to your browser toolbar and clicking it whenever you see something you want to spark. You can copy and paste the URL of where you want to spark an item from or you can upload a photo.
How do I respark?
When you find a spark that you love and you want to save it, hover over the image and click respark. Once you respark, you save your spark in a collection. Each collection shares sparks that have a similar topic. You can add your respark to a collection or create a new collection.
What is a collection?
A collection is where sparks of a certain topic are kept. When you respark a spark you like, it is saved in a collection. You can add it to a current collection you created or create a new collection. You can have as many collections as you want.
How do I install the Spark It button?
To add the Spark It button, just drag the “Spark It!” button to your bookmark toolbar. Make sure your settings have the bookmark toolbar showing so you can easily use it when you’re sparking.
How do I follow a member or a brand?
Go to the member or brand’s profile page and click “follow member” or “follow brand”. You can access a member and brand profile pages by clicking on their name anywhere on the site. When you follow a member or a brand you will see their sparks in your streams. You can also follow just a specific collection from the brand or member.
How do I follow a collection?
Click on the collection name anywhere on the site and then click “follow collection”.
What are categories?
Categories are streams of sparks that are devoted to a specific topic. When you view the celebrity and red carpet category, the sparks will be of celebrity styles and red carpet photos.
How do I get an invite?
We’re in private beta, so you need an invite to gain access to the site. When you first sign into the site, a pop up will appear and ask for an invite code. Below the invite code box you’ll see “request an invite”. Click that link and we’ll take you through the steps to get an invite.
What is My Stream?
My stream is the most recent sparks from collections you follow, as well as the sparks of your Facebook friends and members you follow.
What is Brand Stream?
Brand stream is a stream of sparks from brands you follow and have said you love. When you follow a brand, you’ll see all of the sparks from their collections. You can also follow a specific collection from a brand, such as sale items or new products.
The Spark It button is not working, what do I do?
Sometimes sites limit what types of content can be bookmarked from their site. In this case, it is a good idea to try to add the image via the URL on the Add page. If this doesn’t work, you may not be able to spark the image.
Why some of the images in the URL I entered not showing up on the Add page?
Images have to be a certain size to be sparked. If it is less than a certain amount of pixels, it cannot be sparked.

How can I report a spark that has inappropriate content?
You can flag a spark on the spark’s page. If you see it in the stream, click the spark to go to the spark’s page. There will be a “flag this” button on the spark’s page. Click it and it will allow you to report the spark.
